And, if you’re craving authentic Mexican food, no one in town does it better than Macias el Michoacano. Serving simple, delicious tacos, freshly made guacamole, and filling enchiladas, this casual street-food spot is a long-time local staple.
There are plenty of fun things to do in Cottonwood. The community hosts many regular events, including A Taste of Cottonwood, Dinner, and Auction where guests can indulge in delicious meals and wine while bidding on a range of auction products. The Hot Rods and Hogs Car Show is another community staple held annually on the second Saturday of September. The show draws over 200 classic cars and bikes while spectators enjoy the live music and delicious food vendors on site.
The Cottonwood Kiddie Parade is a hit with families and allows local children to dress up and steal the spotlight, while the Cottonwood Rodeo brings all the western horseback fun, barbeque food vendors, and a one-of-a-kind rodeo parade.
