Every year we like to honor an agent who is new to the business and shows great potential. Our recipient is a hard worker and uses great ingenuity to attract clients and close transactions. She embraces her youth with a successful social media marketing campaign which bravely focuses on video and the risky Tiktok venue. Hosting a Cottonwood Community Kickback event was the first of many local affairs on the schedule for our go-getter. This agent has covered the front desk from open to close on more than one occasion for the opportunity to pick up clients. She has stepped up her game by dressing for success and creating a unique style via thrift stores and blue hair. Closing just short of $2 million in her first year and already surpassing that amount so far this year makes us proud to present the “Rising Star Award” to our “Knockout Realtor®” Franki Mannion.
